Return and Exchange Policy

At Greyce & Merci, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Currently, we only facilitate exchanges. All item(s) are non-refundable. You have 5 business days from the delivery date to request an exchange. Please send your request to info@greyceandmerci.com. Once approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 3 business days. Upon receipt, we will initiate the exchange process and send your new item(s) promptly.

Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning exchanged item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without these precautions.
