Shipping Policy.

At Gréyce & Merci, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship via UPS or USPS mail. DHL for international shipments. Please note that purchases cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing from the time of purchase. 

Gréyce and Merci is not liable for stolen packages if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, or for delays resulting from holidays or inclement weather. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages marked as DELIVERED.
